Donna Lillejord

Donna has many years of experience with guiding individuals in organizing and downsizing their properties.

Gravity Interior Design. It ran as a successful 50% partnership for years.


Among the many things that a full service Interior Design Company undertook, Gravity was involved in projects involving down-sizing, Estate contents clearing, and decluttering.


At Donnas next company Saavy Interior Design,  A sole propriety. Donna was the lead designer. She brought with her the accreditation and training from her schooling completion of Interior Design at Mount Royal University, Calgary, Alberta. Donna handled many of the client requests and follow-ups, along with handling the financial matters of the business. Helping people in need at those times when individuals needed a saavy leader to light the way through their process became one of Donna's passions.


In Donna's experience and education basket is her CIP Chartered Insurance Professional designation in insurance. Donna had a long and successful career in insurance as both a Claims Examiner as well as an Insurance Adjuster.


The experience of being an Independent Insurance Adjuster included on-site visits where she would evaluate damage and advise on mitigation of further loss exposure. She also had to assess the damages on property and to personal and / or commercial items, and systematically decide how to move forward with her clients. She created Scopes of Work and Inventory Lists, along with appraising items for their worth as part of her daily tasks managing between the Insurance provider and the client.


Donna was known for her effective communication with individual clients. This was very important so that they knew that they had an ally in their insured loss process.


Donna has taken further education to become a Professional Property Appraiser (CPPAG), and this is now a further accredited service offered to Executors or individuals for their Estate Home Clearing or for Families in Transition.


Donna has found much fulfilment in being able to take her years of experience along with her natural ability to organize and assess situations and individuals in crisis.

APRIL FLUEVOG

April Fluevog has an extensive and accomplished background in the world of entrepreneurship. Her impressive work background and organizational skills are gleaned from many years as a business owner.


For 25 years April ran a large and well respected Equestrian School and Facility in the Greater Vancouver region.


In her equestrian business April provided curriculums and leadership to as many as 150 students at a week, as well as boarded horses, and ran all the business and financial matters related to the running of the School.


Through these busy years April was an Executor and Co-Executor for several different  estates. The management of the estates included personal property management and storage, as well as dealing with attorney for the estates and being a liason for beneficiaries and others to make sure that the estate property management was tracked and running as smoothly as possible.


So much was April's committment to this type of business that when April partially retired from the equestrian world she, along with a partner developed a film company that was primarily formed to film videos for a documentation of the reading of the wills  as well as Estate wishes for individuals to be accessed when needed. These films also could tell a story of a person's life and are invaluable to loved ones left behind.
